“Towards a Home” is the achievement of Arianna Pasini’s artistic maturity: a project that bridges the space between songwriting and indie-rock, made of honest lyrics and refined production. More than 10 years after writing her first song, Arianna Pasini’s debut album finally sees the light of day.
A process of growth that has not been corrupted by the adrenaline gathered on stages in the most diverse formations (Generic Animal, Andrea Poggio, Soviet Soviet, Any Other to name a few), but which, on the contrary, has taught the Ravenna-based artist to treat each song in a sartorial manner.
The album reflects the person that Arianna is: a Spectator who does not like to be the center of attention, but draws it when she harnesses a guitar. Her mild timbre, hitherto set aside in favor of her musicianship acumen, makes her instantly recognizable in the magnum sea of contemporary music.
The record is forthright and sincere: each piece rests on moments of lived life that Arianna describes with simple and accessible lyrics. In the precariousness of an artist’s life, the search for a home is also traversed by moments when one is forced to make oneself one’s home, wherever one is, with people one loves and has loved. The home Arianna seeks is nothing less than the stability we all need, an unflappability that only inner peace can give.
During the weekend there the new night lines are available, to move around Bologna and its surroundings throughout the night (with departures every half hour!).
Get on board the N3 line and arrive at Covo (and go home!) whenever you want, wherever you live.
In this period (and for a long time) it is possible that in this area there'll be construction work that limit the availability of parking spots nearby. If you cannot find a parking space in viale Zagabria, we recommend looking in the following streets: Kharkov, della Campagna, Francoforte, Machiavelli.
