“Benefits are something different: something primal and essential that demands to be heard.” — NME
Formed in 2019 and consisting of Kingsley Hall on vocals and Robbie Major on synths, beats, and noise, Benefits quickly evolved into a group aiming to fuse noise, house, hip hop, industrial rock, electronic music, and an angry social media feed to get their message across.
A resolutely DIY group, they have managed to win over fans as diverse as Sleaford Mods, Steve Albini, Black Francis, Garbage, Jehnny Beth, and Elijah Wood, while also earning major coverage from NME, Rolling Stone, The Guardian, and The Quietus.
In 2023, they released their debut album NAILS on Invada Records, which received widespread critical acclaim and multiple Album of the Year nominations — most notably from Louder Than War and BBC Radio 6 Music.
An inspiring, loud, and formidable live band, they kept their momentum going with their follow-up album Constant Noise, which topped the list of the world’s most reviewed albums upon its release in March 2025.
During the weekend there the new night lines are available, to move around Bologna and its surroundings throughout the night (with departures every half hour!).
Get on board the N3 line and arrive at Covo (and go home!) whenever you want, wherever you live.
In this period (and for a long time) it is possible that in this area there'll be construction work that limit the availability of parking spots nearby. If you cannot find a parking space in viale Zagabria, we recommend looking in the following streets: Kharkov, della Campagna, Francoforte, Machiavelli.
