On April 4, Greek artist Σtella (pronounced “Stella”) released her fascinating new album Adagio in CD/LP/DSPs format via Sub Pop.
Adagio is a pop album that envelops the listener like a warm blanket, thanks to nylon-stringed guitars, feather-light percussion, psychedelic keyboards and Staccato drums. Written and recorded over five years with a group of international collaborators, including Rafael Cohen of the !!! and British singer-songwriter Gabriel Stebbing, Adagio is a 27-minute meditation on love and longing, rest and time.
Although most of the tracks are sung in English, like all his previous albums, Σtella also features his first two songs in Greek: Omorfo Mou and a cover of a 1969 Greek New Wave cult classic, Ta Vimata by Litsa Sakellariou.
Adagio follows the release of his debut album with Sub Pop, Up and Away (2022), which surpassed three million monthly listeners on Spotify and garnered major music synchronizations, including MAX’s Industry series and an online advertising campaign for H&M.
During the weekend there the new night lines are available, to move around Bologna and its surroundings throughout the night (with departures every half hour!).<br/>Get on board the N3 line and arrive at Covo (and go home!) whenever you want, wherever you live.
In this period (and for a long time) it is possible that in this area there'll be construction work that limit the availability of parking spots nearby. If you cannot find a parking space in viale Zagabria, we recommend looking in the following streets: Kharkov, della Campagna, Francoforte, Machiavelli.
