Matteo Crea’s live show is truly one of a kind: an hour and a half of theatre, song, satire, monologues — and plenty of groove.

Accompanied by an explosive live band, the actor and singer-songwriter performs his new album along with an original theatrical show that tells the story of the anger, disillusionment, and aspirations of his generation — those born between the ’90s and the early 2000s.
Get ready to laugh until you cry and to be deeply moved in this unique blend of acting and music.

Born in Florence in 1995, Matteo Crea is an artist who has chosen to tell the story of his generation through two languages: music and film.

From a young age, he wrote songs and monologues, played guitar, and acted.

In 2006, he made his film debut in N (Io e Napoleone) by Paolo Virzì, and in 2014 he starred in Short Skin – I dolori del giovane Edo by Duccio Chiarini.

In 2022, he played Iacopo, one of the three protagonists of Margini, directed by Niccolò Falsetti — a film selected for the International Critics’ Week at the Venice Film Festival. The role earned him two prestigious nominations for Best Original Song: one at the David di Donatello and one at the Nastri d’Argento.

In parallel, his musical career began to take shape: in 2022, he released his first album, Io non sono mai felice, on Latarma Records/BMG Italia.

The album — which tackles themes such as mental health, sex, youth, and work in a poetic yet direct way — allowed him to perform across Italy, opening for Green Day at Firenze Rocks and significantly strengthening his fan base.

Starting in February 2024, Matteo launched his latest project, a mix of theatrical monologues and singer-songwriter material that he performs live in theatres and clubs, in the role of a bizarre “Real Estate Agent.”
With an incredible response both on social media and in live performances, Matteo Crea soon became the voice of younger generations — hungry for answers and for an honest voice capable of translating their discomfort.
