I Miei Migliori Complimenti will bring to the stage tracks from their latest album of the same name, “I Miei Migliori Complimenti,” 9 tracks that explore different musical genres, from electronic to samba, between analog instruments and synths, creating a wide spectrum of colors and sounds.

Starting with tales suspended between reality and fantasy, the pieces offer insights into important themes, including love, growth, sense of inadequacy and relationship with the reality around us, the group gives a comprehensive look into their world. Each song is like a universe in itself but also a building block for a broader and more complex vision, stories that are never trivial and bring with them characters and morals with which it is immediate to identify. Through writing that manages to find the perfect balance between lightness and depth, I Miei Migliori Complimenti have built a unique and personal stylistic signature, which finds its highest expression in this album.

My best compliments is a project, sometimes an artist, sometimes a band, sure a good way to compliment someone. It took shape in Milan in 2015, but in the following years they moved a bit far and wide, mostly traveling on Spotify – to date they have totaled more than 10 million streams – but sometimes also traveling by van on their tours. To date they have released 3 EPs, a few scattered singles, and other amenities including a book of illustrations addressed to the unborn. As a live band they have participated in major festivals and reviews, winning the “Nuovo IMAIE” live award at Musicultura 2020. They say of them, “he has been able to tell the story of his city and an entire generation” (Vanity Fair), “he sounds like a marketing expert’s name” (Enrico Ruggeri at Musicultura), “he puts into music photographs of everyday life” (Open), but this is only one part of a project that cannot be easily pigeonholed. After more than two years of silence, My Best Compliments turns over a new leaf with an album that leaves room for music and imagination. “My Best Compliments” is a record that moves away from Milan, from streetcars, from clubs; that abandons computers and embraces drums, bass and played instruments. An album that grew up with all the artists who worked on it, resulting in adult-pop, but not too adult.
