Tanz Akademie are a post-punk/alternative/art pop sextet from Piedmont. “Hullabaloo” is their debut album, produced by Riccardo Salvini and Salvatore Marano (Indianizer) and scheduled for spring 2024 with the independent label Overdub Recordings. The group is playing a lot, making its way into the contemporary musical panorama of northern and central Italy; furthermore, some dates in Europe have already been set. In live performances one could say that the sound of Tanz Akademie is reminiscent of a marching band throwing a birthday party during a funeral, giving an energetic performance in which post-punk, jazz, goth, folk and pop influences meet with the presence of wind instruments, band suggestions and spoken word vocal lines.

TV Fuzz + Irossa
TV FUZZ: The absence of signal takes the forms of Dream Pop and Neogaze, moving between electric guitars and voices, they enter and retreat like waves. Daydreams, dilations that accelerate and then lull. From Ravenna as in the US of DIIV and Wild Nothing, Andrea Crispy Smiths’ band together with his musicians have been carrying forward their DIY ethic since 2018 by taking to the stages of the most important clubs of Italian underground music.
IROSSA: Irossa are one of the main bands emerging from the young Turin alternative scene. Made up of six eclectic members (who are part of various projects and constantly collaborate with each other), irossa offers a multi-faceted and dreamy indie-rock, seasoned with post-punk and art-pop elements, which provide the band with a distinctive and personal sound.
The band has disparate influences, highlighted by the numerous instruments used in their music (electric and acoustic guitars, synthesizers, saxophone, etc.). The city of Turin and its nuances emerge in their songs, enriched by the use of two main voices, female and male, which constantly alternate and reveal a sweet and dynamic atmosphere at the same time.
The first five singles released by the band are included in their first album “Satura” released in March 2024.
