Föllakzoid is Domingæ: a musician, artist and filmmaker who has been a protagonist of the project from the beginning.
She weaves her queer and trans identity into both the sound and the live presentation of the project, an element for which Föllakzoid has always been notorious.
The resulting energy is such that it seduces the listener directly to the dance floor.
Föllakzoid’s musical journey is one of sonic exploration and trance-inducing rhythms with an emphasis on repetition.
He has carved a unique niche for himself in the global music scene, captivating audiences with immersive soundscapes and an evolving musical vision.
The project was born in Santiago, Chile on 7/7/07, and now ranges from Berlin to New York.
During its first two releases, Föllakzoid (2009) and II (2013), the project was revered for its unique blend of psychedelic rock, krautrock and electronic elements, often filtered through long jam sessions and improvisations, resulting in music with the ability to induce altered states of consciousness.
The energy within the project itself has allowed it to exist in multiple music scenes simultaneously over the years, from metal to techno, punk to classical, always deep, always dark, crossing barriers not only in the sound element and metrics used, but also in the audience to which it is shown.
In recent albums, III (2015), I (2019) and recently V (2023) he has incorporated electronic elements and techno influences, expanding the sonic palette while maintaining the distinctive immersive quality.
He is currently testing new combinations of highly efficient patterns in his live shows that will be recorded later this year as part of the forthcoming sixth LP due out on Sacred Bones Records in 2025.
Föllakzoid has collaborated with such revered musicians as Spiritualized’s J. Spaceman and Atom™, toured worldwide and performed at renowned music festivals such as the CTM Festival at Berghain, Primavera Sound in Spain, Portugal, Brazil and Argentina, Levitation, Roadburn, Desert Daze and Roskilde, to name a few.

TORBA fuses its roots in the dark side of post-punk, dark wave and industrial.
As the world struggled with the uncertainty of a future shaped by the pandemic, TORBA was able to intimately scrutinize his own loneliness to make it a dissonant pillar of his own compositions, a collection of noisy testimonies that became his first self-titled EP.
TORBA is the mechanical song of a civilization rocked by the distorted noise of industry and the sky darkened by the end of the sun, the soundless cry punctuated by the eerie echo of silence.
