Ibisco was born in Bologna in 1995.
His debut album, NOWHERE EMILIA, will be released on January 14, 2022 for V4V/Virgin Records and shows us an artist capable of renewing songwriting, where expressive intensity mixes with dark wave, post punk and electronic sounds. He subsequently releases the single Darkamore – produced by Cosmo – contained in DARKSIDE EMILIA, the expansion of the debut album enriched with new songs and remixes (Populous, GOEDI) released on May 27, 2022 (V4V/Virgin Records). The summer tour sees him perform with his band on numerous Italian stages including MiAmi, Villa Ada, Bergamo NXT. He opens the concerts of Cosmo, Nation of Language, La Representative di Lista, Fulminacci.
After previewing some songs at the Spring Attitude Festival, on 20 October 2023 Ibisco releases LANGUORE, his second album, released by V4V Records/Virgin Music Las Italy. Defined as a collection of songs to make peace with the demons of one’s time, the work stands out as a coherent and non-compromising work within which electronic and acoustic dimensions coexist, exalting each other by antithesis. More post-rock and psychedelic veins renew the coexistence with the lysergic atmospheres of the first album, focusing on a poetics with a strong identity, expressed through revealing flashes, states of lucid depression and dazzling sincerity. Presented live in the main Italian cities, the album receives excellent critical feedback, Rumore classifies it among the 50 best international albums of 2023.
On May 31st the single Flora Erotica was released, a song which, to complement the previous work, began a summer tour that touched some of the main Italian stages, including those of Ferrara sotto le stelle and Mercurio Festival.

Bronco

Bronco is a singer-songwriter and trumpeter born in Terni, raised in the province of Viterbo and currently lives in Bologna. He began working as a barman in one of the most historic and underground clubs in the city: the Covo club, a temple of live music in Bologna, then moved from the counter to the console, also making himself known as a DJ in the aftershows. After several years of activity as frontman of the band Scimmiasaki, he began to write and compose songs more in line with his personal inclinations. The words of his songs are damp, the images hidden among the brambles: taken, dried and shouted, to try to make sense of the state of anxiety that often pervades him and not being satisfied with the life that is offered to him as it is. His stories tell of toxic relationships, of his land and the countryside, of addictions, of loves wasted in fears and panic attacks.
His rough voice oscillates between dream punk, pop and author music, inspired by the apparent lightness of Rino Gaetano and the freedom of Franco Califano, always keeping the musicality of Battisti and the “ethno-electronic” of Jon Hassell and Brian Eno .
In September 2023 he entered the studio to record his first album produced together with Marco Bertoni and Filippo Giglio (Ibisco). The first single from this debut work will be released at the beginning of November.
