T Vernìce is ready to release his first album! “semper, always… siempre” will be released on Friday 17 November by Fonoprint Records & Panico Dischi, distributed by The Orchard.
If you play and do another job are you more of a butterfly collector or an artist? If you play and aren’t successful, is there any point in continuing? Se suoni e non hai successo, ha senso continuare? Wouldn’t it be better to have fun, relax or do something else in your free time?
All these questions are at the basis of “semper, always… siempre”, a record that hides a desire to escape from the habits imposed by society, from the world of music itself, from expectations and ambition.
For t vernìce this album is a vindication of his own doubts and insecurities about the present, and equally of the almost primitive need to try to create something that wasn’t there before, out of the enormous flow of inputs that already exist. Through the 10 pieces that make up the album, t vernìce undertakes an introspective analysis to discover the true nature of creativity, trying to understand what the thin line is between creating as a duty, to avoid banality and mediocrity, and creating as a relentless and vital impulse.
The artist, with a melancholic and dark sound, but at the same time soft and enveloping, gives vent to his confusion and at the same time finds an answer in music. The songs are compared to domestic plants: both born and grown in his dark bedroom, if watered with passion and dedication they represent that essential energy without which everything would be aseptic and empty.

CLEMENTE GUIDI
(ITA – songrwriting – Panico Dischi)
SFUMATURE is the first EP by Clemente Guidi, young winner of the first edition of Music Is The Best 2022, the scouting platform launched by Panico Concerti.
Born in different moments and situations, the five songs that make up this work are linked together by the same common thread: brushstrokes that paint moments of real life and many changes, unattainable situations and precious moments, defeats and small, great awarenesses. Of those strong emotions that color every person who discovers himself every day and learns to grow.
Clemente Guidi’s songwriting draws inspiration from artists such as Mumford & Sons, The Lumineers, Bon Iver, Patrick Watson and in general from the spirit of the English and American indie folk scene.
Anticipated by the singles “È che” and “Vola sopra i tetti la notte”, this first collection also represents a very important symbolic moment for its author. Behind his lyrics are imprinted nebulous and clarified thoughts, linked to important choices.
